The object of the above entitled action is to give notice to the Respondent herein that a Petition for Divorce has been filed by the Petitioner in the Circuit Court of Berkeley County, West Virginia against him.
It appearing that the
address and whereabouts of the said Respondent are unknown to the
Petitioner.
It is so ORDERED that the said Respondent is hereby notified that a hearing regarding child support is scheduled for December 4, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. before the Honorable Sally G. Jackson, Berkeley County Family Court,
380 W. South Street,
Martinsburg,
West Virginia, and that should Respondent fail to appear at said hearing, judgment by default will be taken against him at any time thereafter.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the
undersigned Clerk at the
office of the Circuit Clerk located at 380 W. South Street, Martinsburg,
West Virginia.
