THE OBJECT OF THE ABOVE TITLED ACTION IS TO OBTAIN A DIVORCE IN THE MARRIAGE OF RICHARD LEE WATSON AND CHRISTY DAWN WATSON
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the said Christy Dawn Watson is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia it is hereby ordered that Christy Dawn Watson serve upon Philip J. Tissue, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 303 Jones Avenue, Oak Hill, West Virginia 25901, an Answer, or other defense filed in this action on or before 20 days from the date of the last publication of this Order, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against her at any time thereafter.
A hearing will be ehld on May 14, 2020 at 1:30 p..m. before the Honorable Matthew D. England, Family Court Judge, at Family Court, 213 North Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
