It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Shadrick Coping, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that the Respondent serve upon Lusk & Bradford, PLLC, Attorneys at Law, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 220 North Fayette Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 30, 2018. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
