Please take notice that Frederick Walter Hennig, whose address is HC 71, Box 325 Augusta, West Virginia 26704, will on Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at 11:15 a.m., or as soon thereafter as Counsel can be heard, apply to the Family Court of Hampshire County, West Virginia, at the Hampshire County Judicial Center, 50 High Street, Romney, West Virginia, for a change of name from Frederick Walter Hennig to Fredrick Walter Henning. Any person or persons who feel that they are likely to be injured by the change of name of Frederick Walter Hennig to Fredrick Walter Henning, or who know of any reason why his name should not be so changed, may appear at the time and place named in this notice, and each may be heard in opposition to such requested change. The hearing in this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
