It appearing by affidavit filed in this that Howard Russell Cucina is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Howard Russell Cucina serve upon Sarah Jane Cucina, Petitioner, whose address is 1012 Braddock School Road, Slanesville, WV 25444, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before November 24, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
