THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS TO ALLOCATE CUSTODIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF MINOR CHILD J.A.T.C. (DOB: 11/05/2011)
To the Above-Named Respondent;
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Petitioner, Maria Isidra Caballero Portillo, by and through counsel, Camille Wartts, has used due diligence to locate and serve Respondent father, Julio Cesar Toro Calderon in this matter, but has been unsuccessful. Therefore, Julio Cesar Toro Calderon shall serve upon Petitioner’s attorney, Camille Wartts, 1029 University Ave., Ste. 101, Morgantown, WV 26505, an Answer, or other defense he may have to the Petition. A hearing will occur before the Family Court of Jefferson County, Judge Glover, on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 1:00p.m. You may appear at such time to protect your interests. If you do not appear, judgment by default may be rendered against you at any time thereafter. A copy of the petition may be obtained from the clerk’s office (304-728-3231).
