The object of this action is for the Petitioner to obtain a DECREE OF DIVORCE from the Respondent; and for such other and further relief as this Court may deem just and proper.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the residence or whereabouts of Glenda Carte are unknown despite due diligence to ascertain the same. It is hereby ordered that Glenda Carte serve upon Timothy Shawn Litten, counsel for the Petitioner, whose address is Legal Aid of West Virginia, P.O. Box 229, Elkins, WV 26241, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before April 7th, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. A copy of said Petition may be obtained from the office of the undersigned Clerk at his office, Honorable Phil Riggleman, Circuit Clerk, Randolph County Courthouse, 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241.
