ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above entitled action is a suit for an unlawful Detainer. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Robert Lee Campbell, III and Jasmin V. Cannis-Campbell are individual defendants ad that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendants without effect, and that in this action that D. Geoff Varney, Esquire , counsel for plaintiff, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the defendants Robert Lee Campbell, III and Jasmin V. Cannisi-Campbell via personal service on January 5, 2015 with out effect, it is therefore ORDERED that Robert Lee Campbell, III and Jasmin V. Cannisi-Campbell do appear and serve upon D. Geoff Varney, Esquire, and the law firm of Samuel I. White, PC, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400 Charleston, West Virginia 25301, an answer of other response to the Complaint on or before 03/06/2015, other wise judgment by default will be entered against Robert Lee Campbell, III and Jasmin V.
