The object of the above-entitled action is for violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances. The Respondents, her/its heirs, successors, and/or assigns, are the recorded owner of the subject property. The subject property is identified on tax maps of Raleigh County in the City of Beckley District, on Map 61, as Parcel 00110000, further described as Maxwell Hill Lot 37. The property has an address of 117 Teel Road, Beckley, West Virgina. Being the same property Mary L. Williams acquired the subject property described as Lot 37 Maxwell Hill Truck Farms Addition, with an address of 117 Teel Road, Beckley, West Virginia by Deed, dated April 15, 2002, from Gladys Anglin, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia in Book 5007, at page 1558. Also being the same property Easy Street L.C.C., acquired its interest in the abovementioned property by two Deeds from heirs of Mary L. Williams. Easy Street, L.L.C. Acquired a one-fourth interest in the above-described, property from Charles Edmund Weidensall, one of the four heirs of Mary L. Williams, by Deed dated May 12, 2022, of record in the abovementioned Clerk's Office in Book 5076, at page 3966. Easy Street, L.L.C., acquired a one-fourth interest in the above-described property from Melissa Reed, one of the four heirs of Mary L. Williams, by Deed dated May 13, 2022, of record in the abovementioned Clerk's Office in Book 5076, at page 3967.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the location of the Respondents heirs are unknown, or that there may be Respondent(s) unknown and Respondent(s) who are nonresidents of the State for whom no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in the State upon whom service may be had to Petitioner. It is ORDERED that Respondent(s), known and unknown, which may claim any interest in the above-mentioned property, appear before the Municipal Court of the City of Beckley, and Judge Matthew Fragile. It is hereby notified that on the 20th day of November, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, the City of Beckley, will appear before the Municipal County of the city of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, Judge Fragile, at 169 Industrial Drive, Beckley, West Virginia, for the further proceeding with respect to said violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances.
