INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF TAZEWELL COUNTY, VIRGINIA
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – BOISSEVAIN UNION HALL PROPERTY
The Industrial Development Authority of Tazewell County, Virginia announces its intent to sell the real property known as the Boissevain Union Hall, Tax Map No. 012 0302 0007-0008, located at 7706 Abbs Valley Road, Bluefield, VA 24605.
In addition, the Industrial Development Authority of Tazewell County, Virginia seeks individuals, corporations, and all other entities to submit proposals for consideration as to proposed use of the Boissevain Union Hall. Proposals shall be evaluated based upon the following criteria:
(1) Purchase price offered for the property;
(2) Proposed use of the property; and
(3) Schedule by which the property shall be converted to the proposed use.
The Industrial Development Authority of Tazewell County, Virginia reserves the right to reject any and all proposals resulting from this request. Late responses will not be accepted.
ALL PROPOSALS SHALL BE DELIVERED TO THE FOLLOWING NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 8, 2020 at 2:00 PM EST:
