It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Patrick Baldwin and Angela Edwards, Addresses being unknown, is hereby ordered to serve upon Lynette Murray and John Murray, Petitioner, whose address is 106 Spence Street, Fairmont, WV 26554, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the action filed in this case number on or before October 24, 2015.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the above numbered action.
