INVITATION FOR BIDS
CONCRETE RESURFACING AND REPAIRS
The HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ELKINS, Elkins, West Virginia will receive sealed bids at its administrative office at Gateway Apartments, One Stoddard Avenue, Elkins, WV for FY2014-2016 Capital Fund Program – Physical Improvements – CONCRETE RESURFACING AND REPAIRS, at its public housing development until 9:00 AM EST on Thursday, June 25, 2015, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after 9:00 AM will be rejected. Work includes crack repairs, concrete surface repairs, resurfacing and recoating of walkways, steps, retaining walls, etc. and associated work items.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on the Friday, June 12, 2015 at the Elkins Housing Authorities administrative office at Gateway Apartments, One Stoddard Avenue, Elkins, WV. The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance is highly recommended. Site visitation is mandatory. Mandatory site visitation will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference.
