INVITATION FOR BIDS
CUMBERLAND PLATEAU PLANNING DISTRICT COMMISSION
The Cumberland Plateau Planning District Commission is seeking bids from general contractors to provide all supplies, materials, freight, equipment, furniture and labor needed for the delivery and installation of a kitchen food service and dining area for the Pocahontas Mine & Museum Improvements Project – Phase II. This bid shall include the cost of all work related to providing the kitchen food service equipment and furniture as described in this IFB.
Bids are due in the office of the Cumberland Plateau Planning District Commission by 4:00 PM on Monday, April 27, 2020, and may be hand delivered or mailed to James A. Baldwin, Executive Director, Cumberland Plateau Planning District Commission at 224 Clydesway Drive, PO Box 548, Lebanon, VA 24266.
Copies of the proposed Kitchen Food Service Equipment and Furniture Documents can be obtained at the CPPDC at 224 Clydesway Drive, Lebanon or by contacting Charlie Perkins, Planner at [email protected] or 276-889-8121.
Cumberland Plateau Planning District Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
