INVITATION FOR BIDS MINGO COUNTY COMMISSION STRUCTURAL DEMOLITION PROJECT The Mingo County Commission is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purpose of demolishing and removing dilapidated residential structures which have tested NEGATIVE for asbestos in unincorporated communities in Mingo County, West Virginia. The company chosen to perform these duties will be responsible for working with the commission and its staff to ensure the activities are performed to the specifications and approval of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection.
