The MOUNT HOPE HOUSING AUTHORITY, Mount Hope, West Virginia will receive sealed bids at its Administrative Offices at 9B Midtown Terrace for the FY2018 / 2019 CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM – PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENTS – WINDOW REPLACEMENT AT STADIUM TERRACE, until 9:00 a.m. EST on the 19th day of July, 2019, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A Prebid Conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. on the 5th day of July, 2019 at the Administrative Offices at 9B Midtown Terrace, Mount Hope, West Virginia. The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance is recommended. Site visitation is mandatory. Site visitation will be conducted immediately after the prebid meeting.
Mount Hope Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Mount Hope Housing Authority.
