Invitation to Bid
Sealed bids are being accepted for repairs/replacement of buildings for the Town of Rainelle Greenbrier Hills Golf Course.  The course is located in Greenbrier County, West Virginia and will be received by the Town of Rainelle at the office of 201 Kanawha Avenue, Rainelle, WV 25962, until 11:00 AM, March 6, 2017.
The work will consist of the rebuilding and/or repairs of the club house and cart house.  Bidding documents may be obtained through Rainelle Town Hall to prepare the bid according to the scope of work provided by FEMA.  A pre-bid meeting will be held February 28, 2017 at 10AM at Rainelle Town Hall.
West Virginia Code 21-11-2 re-quires all bidders desiring to perform contractual work in West Virginia must be duly licensed.  All prospective bidders shall be licensed prior to submitting their bid and shall include their contractor’s license number on their bid in accordance with EH requirements of West Virginia Code 21-11-1.  All bidders must also be registered with the Town of Rainelle and will be required to pay applicable B&O taxes.
The Town of Rainelle reserves the right to reject any and all bids to waive any informality in the bidding.
