Class Rings, Caps and Gowns, Diplomas, Covers, Letterman Jackets, Announcement Bids
The Tazewell County School Board is accepting competitive negotiable proposals for class rings, caps and gowns, diplomas, diploma covers, letterman jackets, graduation announcements and products. A vendor will be selected to furnish the items to three Tazewell County High Schools for three years, beginning with the Class of 2021. Proposals will be evaluated on price, quality, service, variety of options and delivery times. Interested vendors should submit five copies of their proposals to Jessica Cox, Director of Finance and Budget, Tazewell County School Board, 506 Jeffersonville Street, Tazewell, Virginia, 24651 by 2:00 pm, February 28, 2020. Please indicate on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope “Proposals for Rings, Caps, Gowns, Diplomas and Covers, Announcements and Senior Products.” For further information, contact Jessica Cox at (276) 988-5511 ext. 2400. The Tazewell County School Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
