INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE
PENDLETON COUNTY COURTHOUSE PHASE 1 – NORTH ADA RAMP
Sealed bids for the proposed Pendleton County Courthouse ADA Ramp, will be received by the Pendleton County Commission, attention, Karen Pitsenberger, 100 South Main Street, Franklin, WV 26807 until 1:30pm, on April 4, 2023, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by Omni Associates – Architects which will be available as of March 7, 2023
The project will be bid under a single Prime Contract. The project consists of an exterior concrete ADA accessible ramp along with some concrete overpour on the north façade and porch of the existing Courthouse. Ramp to be built according to ANSI 117.1 2017 standards. New handrails, guardrails and lighting will be provided as well

Mandatory Pre-bid
Conference:
A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at Pendleton County Courthouse, 100 South Main Street, Franklin WV 26807 at 1:30pm on March 16, 2023.
Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids will be returned unopened to the Bidders. Pendleton County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities.
