INVITATION TO BID
The Marion County Board of Education is now accepting sealed bids for PPE for the school year 2020-2021. Bid package may be picked up at the Maintenance Department Office located at 28 Twelfth Street, Fairmont, WV, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday.
Marion County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, either in part or its entirety. Questions on specifications may be directed to Andy Neptune, Administrative Assistant, at the above address or by calling 304-367-2160.
Bids are due Tuesday, July 28, 2020 no later than 10:00 a.m. Mail to Marion County Board of Education, Mr. Andy Neptune, Administrative Assistant, 516 Mary Lou Retton Drive, Fairmont, WV 26554. Mark envelopes “PPE Bids”. Bid opening and review will be 12:00 noon at the Maintenance Office. No late bids will be accepted.
