Invitation to Bid Proposals The Town of Fayetteville is requesting Bid Proposals for Mold Removal and Floor Stabilizing Framing at for the Old Fayetteville High School located at 135 High Street, Fayetteville, WV. The project includes: 1. The removal of the existing mold, on plaster and concrete 2. Demo and removal of damaged and molded areas, floors, walls and ceilings 3. Repair/replacement of floor stabilizing framing 4. Site Containments for demo and mold 5. Waste Removal/Dumpsters 6. Business and Occupational Taxes 7. Current West Virginia Contractor’s License 8. Provide Current West Virginia Worker’s Compensation Insurance 9. Bonding and Insurance 10. Town of Fayetteville License The project completion date is no later than July 31, 2016 and will be reviewed by a designated Representative of the Town of Fayetteville. Contractors will be selected based upon (1) cost, (2) experience with similar historic preservation projects, and (3) proven ability to complete a project. The contractor must carry out the described work in compliance with the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation. The property will be open for a walk-through by appointment on March 18, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. The Walk through is “NOT” mandatory for those contractors that have been to on the site before. All bid proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. April 29, 2016. All Bids must Be Sealed with “OLD SCHOOL BUILDING BID PROPOSAL” Send via USPS to “Town of Fayetteville, Attn.
