INVITATION TO BID SEDIMENT POND BLASTING TUCKER COUNTY SANITARY LANDFILL TUCKER COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY DAVIS, WEST VIRGINIA The Tucker County Solid Waste Authority (TCSWA) is-accepting bids for the above-listed project at its landfill facility located in Davis, West Virginia. The project will consist of providing drilling and blasting services to facilitate the excavation of soil and rock material for the construction of a new sediment pond. Although a pre-bid meeting is not scheduled for the project, prospective bidders are encouraged to schedule a site visit to observe the construction area.
