INVITATION TO BID WALK-IN FREEZER/COOLER PRINCETON MIDDLE SCHOOL The Mercer County Board of Education invites bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies, and transportation to install a new walk-in freezer/cooler combo at Princeton Middle School. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 14, 2026, at 10:00 am, at Princeton Middle School, 300 North Johnson Street, Princeton, WV, 24740. Other requirements are detailed in the bid package. Bids will be opened and read aloud on May 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. conference room of Mercer County Board of Education, 1403 Honaker Avenue, Princeton, WV 24740. The Mercer County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposal responses.
