The request is pursuant to the Jefferson County Subdivision and Land Development Regulations.

The Jefferson County Planning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing for a Final Plat Amendment in accordance with Section 24.202A of the Subdivision Regulations for the following property:

Owner: Steven Lashley

Proposal: Final Plat Amendment to lift the single family restriction for a detached accessory dwelling unit for a farm caretaker. See Note #3 on Final Plat PB 9 PG 26. (File#25-2-FPA)
