The object of the above entitled suit is the recovery of damages from personal Injury.
It is ORDERED that the Defendant John Doe #2, an unidentified individual, pursuant to West Virginia Code §56-2-2, serve upon Forrest A. Bowen, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 567, 320 Adams Street, Suite 201, Fairmont, West Virginia 26554, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action within thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication hereof, and do what is necessary to protect the interest herein; otherwise, judgment by default may be rendered at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at their office.
