(DOB: 1/12/2011) may be terminated in this adoption proceeding, unless you appear and defend any such rights within 30 days of first publication of this Notice, by filing a Response with the Circuit Clerk of Raleigh County; West Virginia and by serving said Response upon counsel for Petitioners, Marie C. Bechtel, Legal Aid of West Virginia, 115 S. Kanawha St., Beckley, WV 25801.
You are further notified that a final hearing will be held on December 4, 2020 at 10:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, by the Hon. Andrew G. Dimlich, Judge, in the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia.
Failure to respond or appear will result in termination of any parental rights you may have.
