Janice Cosco, Marion County Clerk, hereby gives notice that in compliance with WV Code 3-4a-13 and WV Code 3-4a-26, the members of the Marion County Commission and the Ballot Commissioners will convene at the Marion County Election Center, the former old Bauer Lumber Building East Side, Beltline and Auburn Street, beginning Friday, May 22nd, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. to test the iVotronic Personal Ballots (PEB’s), electronic poll books, the iVotronic machines, and the Unity Software to be used for the Early Voting in person and Election Day for the Tuesday, June 9th, 2020 Primary Election. The test is open to representatives of the political parties, candidates, the press and the public.
