LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that McElroy Green Marketing, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a modification to Permit R13-3486 for the replacement of an engine and updting flare emissions information at the flare system located at Borehole 15D-2 CCR of McElroy Mine near Metz in Marion County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.584692 and -80.388948. The applicant estimates the potential increase to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM/PM10/PM2.5 of 0.05 tons each per year (tpy), NOx of 18.64 tpy, CO of 62.44 tpy, total Hazardous Air Pollutants of 0.08 tpy, along with a decrease in SO2 of -0.0082 tpy, and a decrease in VOC of -0.66 tpy. The facility is operational.
