Separate, sealed bids will be received by the City of Morgantown, West Virginia, Finance Director until 2:00 p.m., December 9, 2020, in accordance with the specifications on file and available from the Morgantown Municipal Airport, which will be opened at that time in the Council Chambers at the same address.
Hard copies of the bid packet may be requested from the Morgantown Municipal Airport, 100 Hart Field Rd, Morgantown, WV 26505, Telephone: (304) 296-2359. An electronic copy can be found online at
morgantonwwv.gov/bids.
All bids shall be clearly marked “Sealed Bid 2021-07”. Each bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond, certified check, or postal money order. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after receipt of bids without forfeiture of bid security, not as penalty, but as liquidated damages.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or bidding.
