Request by Robert and Brenda Bennett to rezone City Tax District 15 (Seventh Ward), Tax Map 6, Parcel 18, more commonly known as 440 Drummond Street, from a Professional, Residential and Office (PRO) District, to a R-3, Mult-Family Residential District.
B. TXT24-01 / Administrative / Smoke Shop/Tobacco Store
Administratively requested Zoning Text Amendments to Table 1331.05.01 – Permitted Land Uses, Section 1329.02 – Definitions, and Section 1331.06 – Supplemental regulations concerning the establishment of a new ‘Smoke Shop/Tobacco Store’ use in the City’s Planning and Zoning Code.
