The Town of Fayetteville-Fire Department invites qualified contractors to submit a sealed bid to provide a complete, intelligent, addressable, microprocessor-based fire alarm system using Simens Cerberus PRO Compact fire alarm system, Simens Cerberus PRO Compact fire alarm control panel(s), and compatible devices. The system shall provide automatic detection, manual initiation, notification, monitoring, control, and annunciation. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Fayetteville Fire Department, 150 Lively Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia on April 6, 2026 at 5:00 PM. All bids must be received at Fayetteville Town Hall by 4:00 PM April 14, 2026. Bids shall be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope FIRE ALARM PROJECT BID and may be either mailed to Town of Fayetteville, P.O. Box 298, Fayetteville, WV 25840 OR left at the Town of Fayetteville Town Hall, 125 Court Street, Fayetteville, WV 25840. Successful bidder will be required to meet all permit/licensing requirements for the Town of Fayetteville. Bid opening will be held on April 16, 2026 at Fayetteville Town Council meeting at Fayetteville Town Hall 125 Court Street, Fayetteville WV. The PROJECT is to be complete and final invoices submitted to Town of Fayetteville-Fire Department by June 1, 2026.
