Mineral County Schools is seeking legal ads for:

ADVERTISEMENT AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

FOR

ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES

Keyser High School Roof and Return Air Project

Mineral County, WV

Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-3, the Mineral County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professions to provide Architectural/Engineering Services to include design and construction phase administration for the removal and installation of new roofing and the installation of HVAC at Keyser High School. An Expression of Interest must be made by January 20, 2026 by contacting   Jay Harris at 304-788-4210 or [email protected].

In addition to this project the qualifying firm should be available to fulfill the following needs of Mineral County Schools:

1. Any emergency projects due to water, fire, and weather for the period of time specified in Section 4.

2. As funds become available for non-SBA-funded work, Mineral County Schools is interested in provisions for architectural and engineering services toward fulfillment of building and ground renovation, additions and upgrades.

3. In the event any future SBA funds become available to augment/supplement the Keyser High School Roof and HVAC project, the services of the qualifying firm will be needed.

4. This commitment will be re-evaluated on an annual basis and renewed upon mutual agreement of Mineral County Schools and the qualifying firm for up to three (3) years for projects, and in accordance with WVDE policy 8200.

The Board of Education of the County of Mineral, West Virginia reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
