Notice is hereby given that Panther Creek Mining, LLC, Suite 180, 3228 Summit Square Place, Lexington, KY 40509 filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for extension of inactive status on Permit No. I068600 located near Montgomery (Nearest Post Office) in Valley District of Fayette County.
Written comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Inspection and Enforcement Supervisor at the DEP address above until 02/13/2021, or thirty (30) days from date of publication.
