NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of May, 2024, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Kayla Dillow (The Dog House) for the purpose of a setback variance & variance of the outdoor keeping allotment for a Commercial Kennel on property located at 514 & 518 Ritter Drive, Beaver, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 1002, Parcels 116 & 119.3, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by May 13th, 2024, will be considered.
