It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Joseph S. Putman is a residents of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Respondents serve upon Melinda Cooper, Attorney at Law, whose address is 115 S Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before May 7, 2024. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, May 8, 2024 at 3:00 p.m., action may be taken against your for the relief demanded in the petition. This Order shall be published as a Class I Legal Advertisement in the Raleigh Register Herald, a newspaper in the publication area of Raleigh County, West Virginia.
