Sophia Post Office – Repairs from Vehicle Impact
Sealed bids for Repairs from Vehicle Impact at Sophia Post Office at 221 Riffe Street, Sophia will be received by the Town of Sophia, 100 Railroad Ave, Sophia, West Virginia, 25921 on Thursday, May 16th, 2024, by 3:00 pm EST. Bids will be opened and approved at the following Council meeting.
Neither during of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Proposals must be received on or before date and time stated.
Bidders must comply with all bidding requirements and conditions and all WV building Codes All bidder’s and bidder’s subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with the West Virginia Contractors Licensing Act.
Pre Bid Meeting will be May 10th, 2022 at 10:00 am.

Project Description: Replacing Damaged Brick on exterior and repair/replace damaged framing and Sheetrock on interior wall. Complete trim and painting. Clean up and hauling away all excess debris and materials.
All Bidders MUST visit job site/sites to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information prior to submitting a bid.
