The purpose of this action is to sale real property situate in Clear Fork District consisting of 23.21 acres, more or less located in Clear Fork, Raleigh County, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County in Deed Book 5044, at page 9714 in which David Maynor and Keith Maynor died owning a common interest. David Maynor and Keith Maynor are now deceased. Upon information and belief, there are potential heirs to David Maynor and Keith Maynor and the location of any potential heir’s residence is unknown. Arbutus Clay is seeking to sale the real property in which David Maynor and Keith Maynor owned a common interest at the time of their death.
It appearing that the whereabouts of any known or unknown heirs of David Maynor and Keith Maynor are presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that any known or unknown heirs of David Maynor and Keith Maynor or anyone claiming interest in the estate of David Maynor and Keith Maynor and/or the interest in the real property located in Clear Fork, Raleigh County consisting of 23.21 acres of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County in Deed Book 5044, at page 9714 do contact the seller otherwise the real property shall be sold and any interest of the heirs of David Maynor and/or Keith Maynor will be extinguished.
