NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Fayette County Commission will receive sealed bids until 3:00pm on May 20, 2024, for inspection, Asbestos Inspection, Asbestos abatement, and demolition of the follow structures:
136 Wallace Dr. Kimberly, WV 25118- described as Lot 2 Sec 5 Kimberly Valley District Tax Map 36K Parcel 12
Project will have to be complete by July 30, 2024
We request sealed to be mailed to Fayette County Commission, Attn: REAP Demolition Proposal, PO Box 307 Fayetteville, WV 25840. Sealed bids can also be hand delivered to 100 N. Court St. Suite 2. Fayetteville, WV 25840 by the deadline. Sealed proposals will be opened publicly at the Fayette County Commission meeting on May 22, 2024 at or shortly after 9:30am.
Each bidder must submit a WV Contractor license, and liability insurance (minimum limit of $1,000,000.00). Contractors will adhere to all local, state, and federal law and shall follow all State and Federal Asbestos and other hazardous waste regulations required for demolition, transportation, and disposal; abide by the Asbestos Abatement Licensing Rule as promulgated by the State of WV Division of Health.
