NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF
ZONING APPEALS
OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Beckley Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, the 12th day of June 2024 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley, on the request to appeal the Zoning Officer’s decision to prohibit alcohol sales within 300 feet of an R-1, One-Family District for the property located at 1002 W. Neville Street (Map 10, Parcel 84), in a B-1 Zone.
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
