PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Monday, May 20, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use & Variance Permits, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
V-113-24-1: Request of Just For Kids, for a Variance from Section 15.10.040 to operate a Professional Services Establishment in a R-2 Medium Density Residential neighborhood at 126 Woods Avenue, Oak Hill, WV.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
