ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The above styled matter has been duly filed in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia and an Affidavit has been prepared and tendered by counsel for the Petitioner seeking an Order of Publication. Based on that Affidavit, the undersigned Clerk believes that it is appropriate to enter an Order of Publication against the named Respondent, Harper Park, Inc.
The object of the referenced action for is to seek a Declaratory Judgment on behalf of the Petitioner and against the Respondent ruling that certain restrictive covenants previously filed against property of the Petitioner are no longer effective and have been abandoned. It is accordingly, ordered that Respondent serve any answer, counter claim or defense it may have to the Complaint upon A. David Abrams, Jr., P.O. Box 5038, Beckley, WV 25801, counsel for Petitioner; a copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk, at her office; The Respondent must appear and defend on or before the 11th day of June, 2024, or Judgment by Default will be granted.
