The object of the above entitled action is a Amended Petition for Partition of Real Estate by Sale of the real estate owned by Christopher Taylor, Michael Taylor, James Godbey, Kevin Godbey, George Bum Vick, Doreen Schickton, Jessie Vick, Vicki Schickton, Renee Walters and Linda Marinakis, The Estate of Mike Vick, The Estate of Dallas Vick, The Estate of Danny Vick, The Estate of Linda Vick and The Estate of Stella Vick, their heirs known and unknown. Plaintiffs, by verified Petition, state that they do not know whereabouts of the Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns.
It is ORDERED that Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns, appear and serve upon Gavin G. Ward, counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 228 N. Fayette Street, P.O. Box 5086, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the Amended Petition filed in this action on or before June 27, 2024; otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them. A copy of said Amended Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office in Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
