PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of February 8TH 2021 at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following request for Variance Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
V-102-21-1: Request of Shawna & Stacy Sparks, owners, by Daniel Ooten, Contractor, for a Variance as required by Article 15.18.030, Subsection 4, to permit a side yard of 7 feet instead of 8 feet as required at 165 Mankin Ave., Oak Hill, WV.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
