On May 16, 2024, the Public Service Commission of West Virginia (Commission) opened a general investigation into the cybersecurity of water and sewer utilities. Water and sewer utilities must provide responsive information as specified in the May 16, 2024 Order to the Executive Secretary of the Commission, Karen Buckley, at P.O.
