PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition for Adoption duly filed in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, seeking the adoption of Brinleigh Elizabeth Bailey shall be held before the Honorable Darl Poling, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, via Microsoft Teams, on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter can be heard. Any party with an interest herein should contact the Court by calling (304) 255-0400 prior to said hearing and provide an email address for the link to be sent to.
Further, notice is hereby given that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in this proceeding, and that you may appear and defend any such rights within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond with said thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these adoption proceedings.
