Greenbrier County Commission is accepting sealed bids for one residential structural elevation project in Ft Springs, WV. Sealed bids will be accepted by mail, UPS, or hand delivery until 4:00 pm on July 8, 2024. Completed bid packets can be sent to GCHSEM, PO Box 218 or delivered to 295 Industrial Park Rd, Maxwelton, WV 24957. **All must be clearly marked “ELEVATION FT SPRINGS SEALED BID**. Any bid not meeting this requirement will not be accepted. GCHSEM is not responsible for sealed bid packages that are not delivered by the deadline. The Greenbrier County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented.
