The object of the above-referenced civil action is a petition for appointment of guardian, previously filed with the Court. A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. before the Honorable Darl Poling, Judge for the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, in his chambers located at 222 Main St., 3rd Floor, Beckley, West Virginia, to grant the relief sought for in the petition.
