PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Monday, July 1, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use & Variance Permits, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
U-127-24-1: Request of B,M &W Properties LLC, owner of ARL Properties, for a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 for a permit to operate a storage yard at 1800 East Main Street, Oak Hill, WV.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
