Solicitation of Interest
The State of West Virginia is soliciting responses from parties interested in providing on a lease basis, a combination of office, storage, filing and conference room space containing approximately 4,000 square feet, along with approximately twenty-five (25) parking spaces, situated within the City of Welch, McDowell County. Special requirements would be a 10’ x 30’ paved area suitable for parallel parking testing. The proposed space can be either new construction or an existing building. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and must meet all applicable federal, state and local codes, standards and ordinances.
