NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 2nd day of August, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, before the Hon. Paul M. Blake. Jr., Judge, at the Fayette County Courthouse, 100 North Court Street, Suite 4, 2nd floor, Fayetteville, W.Va., the Petitioners, Emily C. Hudson and Keith E. Hudson, Jr., will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Fayette County. W.Va., to Adopt Trinity L.M.H. Any Answer to the Petition shall be served upon counsel for the Petitioners, Marie C. Bechtel, Esq., 109 2nd Avenue, Beckley, W.Va. 25801.
Failure to appear or respond within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this Notice may result in the termination of your parental rights to Trinity L.M.H.
The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
