The Fayetteville, WV Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a hearing on the 12th day of July, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., in Council Chambers at Town Hall, 125 North Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia, on the application of Dollar General Stores for a Required Parking Spot Variance to only have thirty-five (35) of the required fifty-four (54) on their property located at 185 Lively Street (across from the Fayetteville Fire Department), Fayetteville, WV, at which hearing you may appear to give testimony regarding that application.
